The very fact of her being popular among unmindful millions ensures to my mind, an easy dismissal of her comments as anything deeper than what they say. what if it is only half of the secret (or no secret)... what if it only works for some people and not all? I know plenty of people who worked hard all their lives and died not better off (asuming their goal was to get better off). On the other hand - I know people who are achieving their goals without sweat and much effort (those we call lucky ones). So... what works for some, doesn't work for others. But here's my point: "Whatever your goal, you can get there if you’re willing to work." is a very convenient mantra (for those who are in power) and a tool for conditioning people to work more and more.</description>
