Seeing the face of a Monster, or recognising a demon

NO MERCY LORD FOR THOSE WHO DESTROY THE LITTLE ONES.
Our myths speak of despicable monsters; creatures who are denizens of the Evil One. Holy books throughout the world warn us of evil roaming in human disguise. The following photo is of the man whom you may have passed by, the man whom your daughter trusts as the grandfather she never had. This man had conceived 7 children by his daughter whom he kept imprisoned from 1984 ( SHE WAS 19 THEN, ALREADY 8 YEARS INTO ABUSE!) onwards till last week. He raped her regularly and kept his children/grandchildren imprisoned too. And yet he led a calmly unperturbed socially acceptable life earning the respect of his community. Keep in mind that not only did he hold his own daughter hostage as a sex-slave but also held his illegitimate offspring hostage and most probably abused them too. These latter had never seen the outside world.
Read the full story here. We know he is a pedophile. If you thought that it evil, his wife knew all along what her dear hubby was up to. This is the sort of woman who is straight out of cult-movies of darkness and shame.
I cannot reiterate enough our responsibilities as people who seek God. One cannot seek God unless one fights for the cause of the silenced, the innumerable kids in the world who have suffer inconceivable agony in the hands of those very people entrusted with their care. We as adults can rebel, children cannot. They are helpless. HELP THE KIDS TO HELP THEMSELVES. FERRET OUT PEDOPHILES AND SEX-ABUSERS. Expose and humiliate them. If you follow the links in this post you can see some of the photos of the dungeons where he kept his own daughter and their children.
I have a post here on how to recognize child-abuse.

I applaud your zeal for protecting children from harm - let that be absolutely clear. What happened to them was unimaginable - and the fact that other adults allowed it to happen is incomprehensible.
However, I have a few questions.
First, how would Christ have looked on this man? With thoughts of anger, hate, contempt, and revenge (”FERRET OUT PEDOPHILES AND SEX-ABUSERS. Expose and humiliate them”)? No.
I’d like to suggest taking a step back, taking a deep breath, and LETTING GOD. It’s not your place to judge this man or presume God’s Will for him. From the most depraved criminal to the highest spiritual leader, we’re all imperfect. Some may appear moreso than others, but it’s not up to the sinners to judge themselves.
Second, I was led here by following the tag “Wicca.” What does this have to do with Wicca (or the majority of tags you’ve listed it under)?

I read about this news…. and I was DISGUSTED. HORRIFIED. AND APPALLED. How can a FATHER do that? He is EVIL! just imagine the psychological impact on the daughter and the kids….
I think he deserves death sentence.

I have utilized all the tags in this post to prove the point that pedophilia is not limited to any faith, it is a universal evil.
Conceding that Christ is the Ultimate Judge, I’d still say that pedophilia is a crime that qualifies being a load-stone around these little ones and Christ Himself prescribed drowning for them.
When a kid is abused, She or He feels such pain and humiliation that for all practicality God disappears for her or him. And by the way, this is the problem of suffering. Father, why have you abandoned me?

The mother did NOT know about the abuse. Elisabeth has stated this to the authorities. Please do not state false information as fact.
Joseph Fritzl stole food from his tenants and soundproofed the dungeon. He was so authoritarian and abusive no one, including his wife, was allowed to question his where-abouts, nor were they allowed in the cellar. To state lies as fact and falsely implicate his wife is almost as evil as the abuse itself.

But there are reports that she was telling a lie. & i is impossible that she did not know what occurred. It is naive to believe that she kept silent out of fear when she had access to the outside world. She is as evil as her husband. Period. ( & a mom who is willing to keep mum for fear when her kid was abducted, is not fit to be a mom!)

“When a kid is abused, She or He feels such pain and humiliation that for all practicality God disappears for her or him. And by the way, this is the problem of suffering. Father, why have you abandoned me?”
Anyone who’s suffered any form of abuse can probably identify with what you’re saying - I know I can. The thing is, seeking vengence on those who’ve hurt the children will not ease the children’s suffering.

not revenge, but punishment…I have luckily never been abused by any one at all; but my profession has brought me in close contact with those who have been…one very holy man, a celibate all his life told me that the best solution would be to castrate those who abused…pedophiles never change, much the same way Satan never can repent…

It is counter-intuitive to me that violence should be used to counter violence. Look at what’s going on in our world today! If you can pinpoint how violence is making things better, maybe we can have a conversation. Until then, your argument that an “eye for an eye” is a good way to deal with pedophiles will not hold any water for me, or anyone else who sees the value a non-violent approach brings to humanity as a whole.
(Incidentally, I find it odd we’re having this discussion when a reading from Gandhi also appears on your site…

Well everything Gandhi did is not relevant now. You cannot possibly expect Gandhi-ism to win over Osama. Some of us tend to believe that
Gandhi’s ways prolonged my nation’s slavery under the British. There indeed is something called holy-violence…

“Well everything Gandhi did is not relevant now.”
I disagree, and so does a good portion of the world. Non-violent opposition is more relevant now than ever before.
“You cannot possibly expect Gandhi-ism to win over Osama.”
What’s the alternative? Supporting unjust wars that line rich men’s pockets while killing the sons and daughters of the poor (on both sides!)?
“There indeed is something called holy-violence…”
Yes, there is. It’s spelled J-I-H-A-D.

Well then, what can I say? We just disagree. Krishna in the Gita asks Arjuna to kill his relatives when Dharma so dictates. It is Maya which prevented Arjuna from killing and thus Krishna revealed the Gita to man…we disagree: nothing can be done about it. My Hinduism teaches me to fight when there is a need. The Gita says whenever evil arises the Lord too comes and destroys evil…it is cowardice to shelter under non-violence when innocent ones are butchered…

This is what Lord Krishna has told. In other words one must raise arms to protect the inocents.
Keeping quite and giving sermons of non-violance in this specific crime is nothing other than cowardice.
Let us not interpret Mahatma Gandhi’s teaching incorrectly. Mahatma Gandhi has said - “I will prefer death over cowardice”. He had agreed to raise arms, if he were sure that non-violance is not going to work.
